After winning the Southeast regional competition (SECCDC) against 23 other schools, our Cyber Defense Team advanced to the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) — the largest college-level cyber defense competition in the country. Eight members, led by captain Patrick McCabe, faced off against teams from nine other universities starting April 23, 2021, defending mock networks against live attacks from industry professionals while juggling business tasks at the same time.
